What does it mean to be in community?

“Our purpose is to be a community of Jesus Christ’s followers…(who) live as a demonstration of who God is.” Wouldn’t it be amazing to experience true community? To feel known and to be known by the people around us? Our hope is that you can experience that by being a part of of one of the many groups that we offer.

 KIDS!

Children’s Ministry

Old Orchard Church is committed to serving our young people and their families from the time they are born to the time they graduate high school or college, helping them find their place in the world. Our goal is to come alongside parents in the nurture of their children, serving as both support and guide, and to help children of all ages build and maintain good spiritual foundations for their lives. We also hope to create a safe space where their honest questions will be taken seriously.

 Arts Ministry

Old Orchard believes along with Francis Schaeffer that: “Christian art is the expression of the whole life of the whole person as a Christian. What a Christian portrays in his art is the totality of life. Art is not to be solely a vehicle for some sort of self-conscious evangelism.”

 Community Groups

...so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.

 Community Groups

Our community groups are an opportunity to meet with a smaller group and truly get to know them, laugh with them, eat with them, play with them, and pray for them. If you are interested in joining one of our community groups, please contact our office.
