"Let each generation tell its children of your mighty acts.  I will meditate on your majestic, glorious splendor and your wonderful miracles.  Your awe-inspiring deeds will be on every tongue; I will proclaim your greatness.  Everyone will share the story of your wonderful goodness;  they will sing with joy of your righteousness."    -  Psalm 145:4-7

The purpose of a StoryFeast is  to look for how God has been at work in our stories and to share them with each other in order to be encouraged, to know each other more deeply, and to glorify the One who is the Author of our faith.

We all love stories. For we are made in the image of a story-telling God who has revealed Himself within the Story He is writing.  Each of us is part of that story and so it is good set aside time to do this.

And so, you're invited to a Churchwide StoryFeast!  This time around our theme is "Stories of Surrender."  Where has God called you to surrender in your life?  What has that been like?  What have you learned about Him?  Try to think of a specific instance or area where you have grappled with surrender and share with us how God has met you there.  It can be a story that is still in process.  Come and share and be encouraged.
